What to expect

I offer trauma-informed sessions using EMDR and psychodynamic psychotherapy.

Sessions are 50 minutes long, and we’ll usually meet once a week in person, giving you regular space to slow down and focus on you.

Online sessions can be agreed in advance.

Fees are discussed openly before we start.
