Sessions are 50 minutes long, and we’ll usually meet once a week in person, giving you regular space to slow down and focus on yourself.

Online sessions can be agreed in advance.

Fees are discussed openly before we start.

If painful memories feel like they’re always in the background (or come back at full force), EMDR can help take the edge out of them. We use a structured process that helps your brain ‘file’ those experiences so they stop feeling so raw.
